1) Much of the film concerns painting of Dutch still life compositions, and the typical inclusion of animals is shown 3:31-3:40, 8:18-8:49, and 52:20-52:35.

2) A goose is plucked 28:25-28:32.

The BFI release includes two additional short films, Edward Abraham’s The Pit (1962) Digby Rumsey’s The Pledge (1981).
