Details:
1) A calf is sexually abused by a group of men in a barn, 25:50-26:52. The actors’ bodies block the action and the event is portrayed through implication and a few sound effects.
2) Brief depiction of a wild boar hanging from a tree, butchering in process 57:33-57:46.
These scenes are not crucial to the film and could be skipped. The barn scene gives us evidence that the local folk are insane and should be avoided. The butchering merely allows two of those locals to witness that Marc has been captured and is being taken back to Bartel’s inn.
